I have a serious sweet tooth myself, and though I don’t want to become a sugar “enabler” for anybody, there really are a myriad of tasty vegan treats out there. Besides, they’re probably healthier than regular desserts… right?

I’m really excited about banana desserts lately, so this is going to be a great experiment. Equally exciting is the fact that this Samoan dish counts toward my E.A.T. World participation ! Don’t forget to Let me know how it goes when you try it!

You try your hand at cooking— or tasting— foods from as many different places as you can, starting from A and working your way to Z. To use the creator’s example, trying foods from Australia to Zambia.
